HealthLine will connect you with an experienced, registered nurse. It’s available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our team of registered nurses will give you the health advice and information you need when you need it.

Health advice and information is just a phone call away.

Do you need to administer first aid at home? Maybe your baby has a fever or a rash. Do you have a headache that won’t go away? Not sure what to do? Our HealthLine nurses can help you decide what steps to take to manage your health and the health of your family.

Can you take care of yourself? Do you need to make an appointment with your family doctor, go to a clinic, or perhaps go to a hospital emergency room? Our HealthLine experts can help you make the right choice.

It’s free, confidential, and available to anyone in Newfoundland and Labrador.

HealthLine will provide support to you, bringing you improved access to services no matter where you live in Newfoundland and Labrador, from Paradise to Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Deer Lake to Rocky Harbour. The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador is committed to using technology tools to make quality health care accessible to each and every Newfoundlander and Labradorian.

On behalf of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Fonemed North America Inc will be the service provider for HealthLine. Fonemed provides similar services within Canada, the United States and the Caribbean. Fonemed’s Canadian headquarters is located in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Provincial Government is committed to rural development; therefore the HealthLine operates out of three locations within the province: St. Anthony (base site), Stephenville and Corner Brook (satellite sites).
